(AR) Reassign Copy Editor/Edit an Article Twice

1. If the Copyediting task is still open, click the Reassign button to open re-open the (AR) Files to Copy Editor task. Select the new copy editor and complete the task.
2. If a second edit, add a Remark and an Additional Charge.
3. If the Copyediting task is closed, from the Post CE Review task, select the Alterations button.
4. The Files To CE task opens as a Rev 1 in the Task List.
5. Finish the task.
6. If a second edit, add a Remark and an Additional Charge.
